Did you know that 30 percent of the world’s land and sea areas are to be protected by 2030? The UN World Summit on Nature (193 countries) – COP15 – recently agreed on this. Richer countries are to provide financial support to poorer ones for the next few years. A good sign – but many criticize that the goals are too far in the future.
